Attendance & Absences

If your child is absent - reporting the absence and requesting it to be excused:

Excused Absence Request Form for Parent(s)/Guardian(s): 

• HARD COPY: Request for Absence to be Excused - English
• HARD COPY: Request for Absence to be Excused - Spanish
• HARD COPY: Request for Absence to be Excused - Portuguese

You may call to notify the school of your child's absence at 203-775-7725 (press 2), however, calling the school does NOT excuse the absence.  A form from above must be submitted.
