Kindergarten Registration

Registration for the 2013-2014 School Year Kindergarten classes is now open.  Registration forms are available online at the Center School page of our website, www.brookfieldps.org.  If you do not have internet access, you may pick up registration forms in the main office at Center Elementary School, 8 Obtuse Hill Road, Brookfield between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.

All students reaching his/her fifth (5^th) birthday on or before January 1, 2014 must register for kindergarten.  State law requires all students to have a current physical examination by a physician before they enter kindergarten.
