Welcome to the Brookfield Public School District. To enroll your NEW STUDENT, please follow the steps below or you may pick up a registration packet from the school your student will be attending. Legal parents or guardians must complete all appropriate forms, and provide required documents in order to register.
2014-2015 Preschool Registration
When: January 10 and 24
Where: CES Preschool
The Center School Prek Program is seeking three and four yr old peer role model preschool students for the 2013-2014 school year. Children must be three years old by September, 2014. Children are chosen through lottery. Parents are responsible for their own transportation. A monthly tuition is charged based on the number of days children attend.

Download and complete the following forms. Bring all forms completed and signed to the school your student will be attending, along with all of the required documents listed below.

3. Proof of Residency - This should be an original document with your name and address. Post Office boxes do not meet residency requirements. (Please supply one of the following) :
|4. Custody (If applicable) - If a custody agreement exists, a copy must be filed with the school district.|
YOU WILL RECEIVE A POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL LETTER IN THE MAIL.
After the school receives your completed forms and required documents, you will receive an admission letter from your student's school which contains a six-digit Student Access ID and Student Access Password. Use these numbers to create a login that allows you access to your child's portal. The portal is your pathway to completeing the "new student registration process", viewing your child's courses, schedule, grades, and attendance.
