UPDATE Z - COVID Notifications Change | Brookfield Public Schools

Dear Families, Faculty and Community Members,

With vaccinations underway and health metrics trending in the right direction, we will be adjusting our protocol regarding COVID notifications.

We will no longer be sending district wide, “Positive COVID Notifications.”

Should you wish to remain current regarding school cases and quarantine numbers, we encourage you to utilize the BPS COVID Dashboard.

Administration, through contact tracing protocols, will continue to notify students, staff, and families impacted by a COVID positive individual.

The school teams will also continue to update their faculty and staff when positive cases arise.

In closing, please continue to follow the key mitigation strategies of masking, distancing, and hand washing. These strategies have served us well.
