Update K - Self Monitoring Protocol - Flow Chart for Families

Dear Parent/Guardian,

As we return to in-person learning tomorrow, this notification aims to clarify the district's self monitoring protocol. Should you have a question, please contact your school nurse.

Reminder:

Screen your Child in the morning before coming to school.

  • If your Child does not feel well and/or you have traveled to a high risk area keep your Child home and contact your Healthcare Provider.
  • If your Child has been tested for COVID-19 in the last 10 days or was exposed to a person who was COVID-19 positive in the last 14 days, keep your Child home and notify your school Nurse.
